Peter J. Malamsha

Managing Director

With Postgraduate Degree in WCDMA and CDMA technology from ZTE University, Shanghai China. Degree in Commerce from University of Dar es Salaam, Over seven years’ experience in Sales and Marketing for mobile technology in Tanzania. He is managing PLV Digital daily operation, financial activities; business leads and negotiates on behalf of the company. He has been with the company for over 9 years and among the founder of the company. He worked as Regional Sales Manager for Zantel and Corporate Sales Executive for Celtel (Zain).

Charles Lukindo

General Manager

With Advance Diploma in Information Technology (ADIT) from Institute of Finance Management (IFM). He has been with PLV Digital for the past 9 years work as General Manager and Head of Technical Department. His main activities have been to overseen company programs and customer’s projects accomplished as specified and on time. He also manager the company operation at head office and all its branches, he is responsible in oversee network and exchange server, FTP server and database server, oversee computer security and anti-virus updates, ensuring back up of data, provide IT support to customers, conduct IT training, installations of Data and Voice services to customers and remotely troubleshooting network problem for upcountry customers.

Deus Jonas

Technical Manager

With diploma in ICT from the University Computing Centre and Dar es Salaam. Deus has over 5 years’ intensive experience in Network administration and technical support. He worked as System Admin for PLV Digital Investment Ltd from 2012 – to date

Joseph John

Operation Manager

Master of Engineering Management – Project management university of Dar es Salaam, Bachelor of Survey from University of Dar es Salaam. Joseph is also experienced in Marketing and Sales for about 10 years, he served Bonite Bottlers Moshi as Sales and Merchandiser, Computech – ICS (T) Ltd and Infosys IPS Ltd as sales and marketing Executive. He is also Certified Cisco Sales Expert (CSE).

Goswin Philip

Key Account Executive

With Advance Diploma in Information and Communication Technology from the Institute of Finance Management in Dar es Salaam (IFM). Goswin has been with PLV Digital for the past 5 years started as the technical supervisor and advanced to Key Account Executive, been responsible for Electronic Fiscal Devices (EFD) cultivating new accounts and maintaining existing ones. He is also responsible in providing technical support to Corporates. Goswin is experienced in technical sales and support for more than 5 years.

Upendo W. Kimaro

Technical Sales Representative

With Certificate of Information Technology from (VETA), she has over five years of working experience as Technician with the University College of Land and Architectural Studies and also as Technician for JCS Computer Services responsible for hardware maintenance software installations and trouble shouting

Petro Makanza

Regional Technical Manager (Mwanza Branch)

With Advance Diploma Certificate of Information Technology (ADIT) from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM). He is responsible for managing the branch activities in Mwanza and Lake Region.
